We aim to deliver within 14 working days of your order being confirmed. In many cases it's sooner. 14 days is our maximum, not our standard. We'll agree a specific delivery date with you when we confirm your order.

Yes, delivery is free to most of England. Remote areas of Scotland, Wales, and some secluded parts of England may be subject to a delivery surcharge. We will always confirm any additional delivery costs with you before your order is confirmed. Get in touch if you are unsure whether your area is covered.

Yes, installation is included and completely free. Our team delivers and professionally fits your shed. You don't need to arrange anything else.

We deliver and install across the whole of the UK. Whether you're in Cornwall or the Scottish Highlands, we'll get your shed to you.

We'll contact you the day before to confirm your delivery window. Our team will arrive, check the positioning with you, and install your shed, typically taking 2 to 4 hours. We tidy up and make sure you're happy before we leave.

A flat, even surface works well. Concrete, paving slabs, or compacted hardcore are all suitable. If your ground is slightly uneven, we offer tanalised bearers to level things out. We're happy to advise before your delivery date, just get in touch.

We don't lay concrete bases, but we can advise on what you need and offer tanalised bearers if your existing surface needs levelling. If you're unsure, contact us before you order.

Yes. We offer an old shed removal service for an additional charge. The price depends on the size of your existing shed. Just mention it when you place your order and we'll give you a quote.

For sheds under £1,000 you pay on delivery, nothing upfront at all. For sheds over £1,000 we ask for a 50% deposit to secure your order, with the balance paid on delivery when you're happy with everything.

Once our team has installed your shed and you're satisfied, you pay the remaining balance. We accept bank transfer and most major cards.

Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your build starts. Once building has begun, changes may not be possible, so it's worth double checking your configuration before submitting.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your shed has not yet gone into production we can usually cancel without charge. If production has begun, the deposit may be non-refundable.

Yes, every shed is built to order to your exact specification. You choose the size, roof style, doors, windows, and extras. Nothing is off-the-shelf.

Yes. A heavy duty floor is included as standard with every shed we build. You do not need to add it as an extra.

We offer two roof styles: apex and pent. Apex roofs have a traditional central ridge and maximise headroom. Pent roofs have a single slope and work well against walls or fences. Both are available in all sizes.
